Buses: Peterborough has an excellent bus network with buses serving all areas around the city as frequently as every 10 minutes during the day. There are also good bus links to the surrounding towns and villages. Use the Traveline website or Stagecoach website to find bus times.
You can find out how to apply for an older person's or disabled person's bus pass on the Travelchoice website.
Cycle routes: Peterborough has more than 150 miles of cycle routes connecting the city via its Green Wheel route. Pick up a copy of the Your Cycle Map Peterborough for £1.50 from the Visitor Information Centre or visit the Travelchoice website for further information and suggested off-road leisure routes to enjoy.
Cycle hire: From the railway station you can pick up a bicycle through the Brompton Dock bike hire scheme for just £2.50 a day. Just fold it up and take it on the train then unfold it and ride back to the station to return. You can also use electric bikes around the city by Voi - download the app, locate an e-bike, and get pedaling!
Electric vehicle charging points: There are a number of free to use charging points located around the city, and many more planned for the future, visit the travelchoice website for up-to-date location information.
