As autumn arrives Burghley's Gardens become a blaze of goldens and flaming reds. Join Head Gardener Joe Whitehead and Senior Gardener James Knight on a tour of the Gardens through the rich seasonal displays to learn about the history of the Gardens in autumn, the vast and diverse planting areas, the key autumn highlights plus all the winter tasks and developments planned for the months ahead.
Joe will host a talk packed with seasonal gardening advice and insights. Hear his tips for retaining colour in your garden throughout the autumn months and why autumn is one of the best times for planting. Whilst James will show you how best to create a vibrant, autumnal flower arrangement.
