You can meet the WEEE Directive, common compliance and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility targets) with a green, free solution for IT disposal by donating your working end of life IT to Digital Pipeline, a UK registered charity and Microsoft registered Refurbisher.
We accept working, redundant PCs, laptops and associated IT hardware, with a free collection service (t&c’s apply), all memory devices are securely data-wiped to MOD standards. We operate a 0% to landfill policy with usable donations going to UK charities, particularly those which benefit hospices, Ex-Services, volunteers and the people of Africa.
On average five years is added to the lifespan of each computer reducing the carbon footprint. Our aim is to bridge the digital divide, improve education and open up career pathways. To date 1.5 million children have used a PC supplied by Digital Pipeline, this has only been possible with donations of equipment from the UK from something that is essentially seen as rubbish.
