Papley Farm Cottages are in a quiet corner of North Northamptonshire – farm based - 1 mile from Lutton village and provides high quality, 4* graded, self-catering accommodation.
A warm personal welcome awaits you on arrival and your cottage will have been prepared especially for you with everything – except your food of course!
Both cottages are comfortable, warm, very quiet with wide countryside views.
The Chestnut Tree built in 1800 of local stone, is next to our home and shares our large garden. It has its own entrance and parking area and private sun patio. Inside is a large kitchen/dining room and separate sitting room. Upstairs a single bedroom, a double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a bathroom.
The Bungalow built in 1969 as a retirement home, is near the main farm with its own garden and parking.

General information. Both cottages have fitted carpets throughout, comfortable furniture, colour TV/DVD, bathrooms with bath and shower over the bath, fitted kitchens with electric ovens and hobs, microwave ovens refrigerators, dishwashers, freezers, washing machines and tumble dryers. There is also garden furniture.
Beds are made up for arrival and towels are provided for bathroom and kitchen.
There is central heating throughout. The price charged is inclusive. There are no meters.
Both cottages are non-smoking . Sorry, no dogs or other pets can be accepted.

At T Junction turn R into farm drive.TO COLLECT YOUR KEYS SEE BELOWFrom J13 on A14 take A605 to Oundle roundabout - exit R through Polebrook then 2.5 miles to a cross road. Turn L here then R signed Papley. This leads straight into farm drive.TO COLLECT YOUR KEYSDrive up the farm drive - Past the main Farmhouse - see signs to SLADE HOUSE drive over a cattle grid and follow farm road to SLADE HOUSE - sign on gatepost.
