Come and enjoy the River Nene which runs through the centre of the historic cathedral City of Peterborough and follows it out into the beautiful country side. See the narrowboats moored at the banks and enjoy spotting the wildlife, local and migratory birds that visit this beautiful place frequently.
We have over 15 years of experience of being on the water in all different types of water sports from sailing, white-water canoeing, kitesurfing, paddle-boarding and much more. To ensure you're in safe hands throughout your experience with us.
Our goals
Here at Peterborough Boat hire Ltd our goals are simple:
- To give everyone the equal opportunity to have the best possible experience on and off the water.
- To improve knowledge and awareness of the hazards that you might find or see while out having fun on the water. To ensure everyone is safe and well-looked after.
- To achieve a wider understanding about protecting our rivers from litter and or any other contaminates that could harm it, the wildlife that call it their home and or even humans, like yourselves that enjoy to paddle down them.
Future services
We will be introducing instructed and guided tours for all disciplines, doggie sup days, 1to1, group lessons and also sup yoga in the near future.
As previously said we want everyone to have an equal opportunity to enjoy all the water sporting activities we have to offer. So with some more planning and more education on our part, we would like to start disabled paddle-boarding, kayaking and canoeing within the next season
