Queensgate is the main shopping centre in the heart of Peterborough, home to over 90 stores including H&M, Superdry, Office, Joules, Primark, River Island, Monsoon, Paperchase and many more. In addition to the main malls, Queensgate is also home to Westgate Arcade which dates back to the 1920s and is home to a varied mix of independent retailers including boutique clothing, barbers, and award winning butchers and jewellers.
Queensgate is open weekdays until 5.30pm, with late night shopping until 8pm on Thursdays and Fridays, Saturdays until 6pm and on Sundays between 10.30 and 4.30. Queensgate is easy to get to, it's home to Peterboroughs bus station, only two minutes walk from the cities rail station and has four car parks with room for 2300 cars.
Peterborough's Shopmobility office can be found on level 11 of the Queensgate car parks. There is a customer information desk on the upper mall, outside John Lewis, where you can pick up a full mall guide, ask for directions, and buy gift cards.
