About

Enjoy travelling through some beautiful countryside surrounding Peterborough. There are rural and Cotswold like quaint villages steeped in history and you can see them from the comfort of your seat whilst enjoying Afternoon Tea.

Route 1 THE POET JOHN CLARE FROM HELPSTON We travel from Peterborough through Castor, Ailsworth, past Castor Hanglands to Ufford, Barnack & Helpston to see and hear about countryside John Clare grew up in.

Route 2 MARY QUEEN OF SCOTS We travel from Peterborough to Wansford, Nassington & Yarwell retracing Mary Queen of Scots final days before being beheaded at Fotheringhay and brought to Peterborough Cathedral.

Trips start at 2pm from Peterborough with a duration of approx. 2 hours, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your Afternoon Tea along the way and get dropped off back at Peterborough.
