About

Join us this February half term as the Museum is transported into the magical world of fairytales.

Step beneath the old oak tree in the wildlife gallery to meet the enchanting Princess Aurora for an enchanting experience, full of singing, dancing and magical fun.

But you'll have to get past Inferno, the smoke-breathing dragon, first! And what mischief will Sparky and the other baby dragons get up to? As seen on ITV's This Morning, this is your chance to get up close to these amazing dragons (don't worry, their handlers know what they're doing!).

Hear classic fairytales from our storyteller, as well as take part in trails, crafts and puzzles along the way.

This family event has something for everyone and is packed with plenty of fun and photo opportunities.

Open 10am - 4pm (Last entry 3pm)
