Join Dr Matt Brudenell from Cambridge Archaeological Unit for the following presentation taking place at Flag Fen Archaeology Park:
“Life in the Flag Fen Basin at the end of the Bronze Age and Beyond”
This presentation examines the history of settlement in the Flag Fen Basin from the end of the Bronze Age to the end of the Early Iron Age (c. 1000-400 BC). Using evidence from sites including Must Farm, Bradley Fen/King’s Dyke, Fengate, and Flag Fen itself, it will explore how communities responded very differently to the changing environmental conditions in the Flag Fen Basin during this time.
General Flag Fen admission fees apply on arrival, however there will be no additional charge to attend the presentation. Limited seats available, please click the link to book your ticket for the talk.
