The year 2022 was a momentous time, with the invasion of Ukraine, climate extremes, political turmoil and the death of a much-loved Queen. Just before the year ended we issued an open invitation to artists, asking them to show us their creative response.
This exhibition is the result.
Many of the artworks on display convey the big, global themes, whilst others respond to much more personal experiences.
We are very grateful to all the artists who have entered their work and helped to create this vibrant, engaging and challenging exhibition.
