TIMETABLE OF EVENTS:
10.15am All Standard Bearers to assemble outside of Town Hall.
10:30am Civic Guests to arrive in the Town Hall Foyer.
10.30am Military Parade and Standard Bearers to form up at the War Memorial
10.50am Civic Procession to form up in the Town Hall Foyer.
10:51am The MSA will lead the procession from the Town Hall to the War Memorial in Bridge Street.
10:56am Cathedral Representative/Mayors Chaplain to commence the service.
10:58am The Exhortation to be recited by the RBL President followed by the Last Post.
11.00am THE TWO MINUTE SILENCE
11.02am Reveille is sounded, followed by Kohima recited by RBL President followed by Civic dignitaries will lay wreaths at the War Memorial, before proceeding to the Cathedral for the Service.
Parade leaves the War Memorial and marches directly to Cathedral.
11.30am Cathedral Service and upon complete the civic party return along Bridge Street for the unveiling of a wreath above the front door of the Town Hall to commemorate those council members and staff killed in the World Wars.
Followed by Military parade march pass saluting to the Lord Lieutenant, Mayor and President of RBL.
