The figures involved are vaguely Halloween-like but more closely related to other-worldly creatures; chance encounters with strange beings!
The illuminated Las Muertas stiltwalkers bring a flavour of Day of the Dead celebrations to any after-dark event. Their ethereal dresses flicker with light and burst with colour, brilliantly standing out at night. Silent and eerie, they create a spooky atmosphere but will occasionally burst into dance if there is lively music to break the spell.
3 x 30 minute walkabouts
Cali and Mari the Octopi will also walk the streets, lighting up at night to magical effect. They have 8 legs, they have three hearts, but, most importantly, they have a friendly and intelligent demeanour. Cali and Mari are two larger than life octopus walkabout characters who have emerged from the ocean and are curious to explore the world around them. Always playful and ready to interact, they come complete with their own underwater soundtrack. As evening draws in, Cali and Mari light up to spectacular effect

Damsels in Distress bring flirtatious pranks with festival-goers from the backs of their delightfully drippy dragons. These lasses from medieval times are a hoot on their hilarious hunt for Prince Charming. These two are incredibly funny and will add some comedy to the proceedings.
